Refund & Return Policy

Digital Products (eBooks, PDFs, and Downloads)
All digital products sold directly through Serpentine Moonlit Publishing are non-refundable. Once a digital file has been accessed or downloaded, we cannot offer a return, refund, or exchange. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.
If you experience any issues with a digital download, contact us at [insert your support email], and we’ll resolve it promptly.
Print Books (Amazon Orders)
Printed books are fulfilled through Amazon and are subject to Amazon’s return and refund policy. If you purchased your physical copy through Amazon, please initiate all returns or exchanges directly through your Amazon account.
Return Eligibility (Physical Products from Serpentine Moonlit Only)
If you purchased a physical item directly from us (not Amazon), you may request a return or exchange within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is:
- Unused and in its original packaging
- In the same condition as when it was received
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation)
Please do not send returns to any manufacturer or third-party distributor.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software or digital products
- Items marked as final sale or discounted
- Opened CDs, DVDs, or physical media
- Personal care items or perishables (if applicable)
Partial Refunds May Be Granted For:
- Books or products with visible wear and use
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery
- Items damaged or missing parts not due to our error
Refunds (If Applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email about the status of your refund. If approved, a credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds?
- First, check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company or bank
- Still no refund? Email us at support@serpentinemp.com
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they arrive damaged or defective. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, contact us at support@serpentinemp.com.
Gifts
If an item was marked as a gift at purchase and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit for the value of your return. Otherwise, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
Shipping Returns If you’re returning an item, see AMAZON’s Return Policy:
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable if past 30 day window.
- For high-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
